• Contact details used to reach out (email/phone).

Our Website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users, improve your experience, and analyze platform performance. Cookies do not contain personal data but help identify your device.
 

Uses of Your Information

We use your information to:

• Validate your identity for legal and payment purposes.

• Share identification documents (e.g., CSCS cards) with potential clients for job eligibility validation.

• Fulfill contractual obligations and provide requested services (including third parties like Wix and Stripe).

• Operate, troubleshoot, and analyse the Temp Platform.

• Communicate with you, including service changes and marketing (when consented).

• Present platform content optimally across devices.

Location and Motion Data

The Temp app uses location and motion data to ensure safe and accurate site attendance for operatives.

Foreground Location
Used to display nearby job opportunities based on your current location.

Background Location
Used only while an operative is signed in to a job. This allows the app to:

• Confirm on-site presence using geofencing

• Automatically sign you out if you leave the job site
   

Motion Activity
Used solely to assist in waking the app in the background for location accuracy. Motion data is not stored, logged, or shared, and is not used for health, fitness, or analytics purposes.

While signed in to a job:

• Your location is tracked only within the assigned geofence

• If you leave the geofence, you're signed out automatically

• Only your assigned site manager can view your location, and only during your active session
   

All tracking ends when you:

• Sign out of the job

• Log out of the app

• Revoke location or motion permissions

Disabling location or motion permissions, or logging out of the app while signed in will trigger an automatic sign-out for safety.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors (e.g., Wix, Stripe) to deliver our services.

• Analytics providers to improve the Temp Platform.

• Legal authorities when required to comply with laws or protect rights.
   

Legal Basis for Processing

We process data under the following lawful grounds:

• Contractual necessity: to provide services you’ve requested.

• Legal obligation: to comply with statutory duties.

• Legitimate interest: platform operation, fraud prevention, and site safety.

• Consent: for marketing communications and sharing your profile with prospective clients.
   

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). We implement strict security measures but cannot fully guarantee the security of internet transmissions.

Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users have the right to request the closure of their Temp account and the deletion of personal data. However, in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations within the construction and labour sectors, certain data cannot be deleted once an operative has been onboarded to a job.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Identification documents and photos (e.g., right-to-work verification, CSCS cards)
   

The information relevant to the onboarded job is retained for up to 12 years to meet industry standards related to worker verification, site safety, audit trails, and insurance obligations.

All non-essential data — such as contact details, job preferences, and profile settings — will be deleted upon account closure.

Users can request account closure via the in-app “Close My Account” feature or by contacting us at support@tempsolutions.io. Once an account is closed, access to the platform is permanently disabled and all deletable data is removed. This action is final and cannot be undone.
